War

 WAR

.
In an unjust war,
there are no heroes
.
there is no valor
murdering 150 school girls
.
there is no pride obeying
power drunk insanity
.
Do not come home as victors
returning from the crusades
.
There are no Valkyries
taking the dead to Valhalla
.
The people are free
when everyone is dead
.
The guns finally sigh
falling silent in wonder
.
Freedom bought
with blood and thunder
.
And all that remains
is guilt pulling you under
.
Trump has called you suckers
an epitaph on graves
