A free market economy vs capitalism

A free market economy is completely unrelated to capitalism. 'Capitalism' strictly speaking is the empowerment of corporations, and corporations have but one goal - empire building. Empires at any cost, be it the dehumanizing work environment, to overseas manufacturing, to the view workers are a disposable commodity. If you truly want a free market economy, get rid of all tax breaks that corporations get, get rid of all re-election contributions and lobbying, and create a free market with the end result that no one, no business is too big to fail. Failure, not success, is what drives a free market, the business with the best product and value will survive, and not a corporation that leverages losses as is they were collateral. failure an important aspect of a free market economy and begs the question; are there are elements of the economy that should be protected from failure? The guns finally sigh falling silent in wonder . Freedom bought with blood and thunder . And all that remains is guilt pulling you under . Trump has called you suckers an epitaph on graves

Then She Remembered

Walking barefoot in the summer sun the ground so hot, eggs cook over easy she sways with each step and gust of wind a tinkling of bells as jewels about her ankles navigate between the direction of her toes and the wanderlust of her mind she fights to remember .... something for dinner as her eyes follow the dance of dragonflies the slow realization she's just walked a block out of her way back tracking in her mind... remembering a mystery until she sees one true thing existing before the birth of time finally free of the preconceived ideals she once was forced to believe and all that's left is the touch of the trees and caressing breeze she smiles for the first time in her life not with façade but with joy then she remembers she's still hungry and sighs
