Choreographed execution, the Renee Good shooting

Nothing about this shooting makes sense until you realize it was planned in advance. 'Officer created jeopardy/ Officer induced jeopardy' is a well know legal term that makes sense of the senseless and is also a well know tactic of the CBP. Rising shooting incidences of the CBP triggered an investigation in 2014, drawing the conclusion that BP agents were using Officer Induced Jeopardy as a legal excuse to shoot non-violent suspects. Jonathon Ross was a BP agent at that time and stationed in that area. The document was sent to congress that year and eventually led to this supreme court decision: Barnes v. Felix 5/15/2025 stating that Officer Induced Jeopardy was inadmissible as a defense if other avenues of safety were available INCLUDING moving out of the way of a moving vehicle.

In this case how did things get out of hand so quickly? When, why, and how did Renee Good's panic rise so quickly? Why did the officers deny medical access (MD on ground and EMTs later) to the crime scene?

1) Renee was a target opportunity as agents evaluated her fight or flight instincts, and knew her SUV as a protestor’s vehicle.

2) The shooter (Jonathon Ross) circled around the SUV (against police procedure), out of Renee's sight while also slowing up Renee's partner from entering the vehicle as agents 1 & 2 took positions.

3) Everything was set when the shooter reemerged at the front of the vehicle but from the opposite direction of agents 1 & 2.

4) Simultaneously Agents 1 & 2 began yelling orders as the shooter took his position in front of SUV, switched his camera from right to left hand, and drawing his firearm BUT kept it out of sight below his waist.

5) Panic by design as agents 1 & 2 increased in violence and volume of their demands (beating the bushes to flush out birds and game for hunters to shoot and instilling a sense of confusion) as Ross repositioned himself in front of the SUV as wheels turned to avoid him.

6) The death trap was set as Renee came face to face with extremely savage men for maybe the first time in her life and only had one thought, to go home.

7) Renee's fight or flight instincts now took control of her actions, at this point she wasn't thinking, just reacting to her survival imperative as she wildly turned away from Ross who kept repositioning himself in the vehicle's path

8) Pure Hollywood as Ross made it look good when the SUV slowly moved past him, he draped himself over the front bumper's corner then pushed himself away while raising his firearm to put two rounds through the lower right corner of the windshield and one more through the open frame of the driver's side window.

9) Renee needed to bleed out and Ross needed a body count to join the 'club'. Ross walked to down to see the body and check his aim, leaving immediately to move his family on to an army base later that night (well before the death threats started coming in). Agents 1 & 2 made sure Renee died before they allowed medial help to enter the murderous scene

10) The end... of everything, of Renee, the rule of law, of MAGA, of our republic. Heaven help us, we have but two choice now... The socialism of the democrats' or the murderous fascism of the republicans'.

A note to Renee's widow, it was not your fault, there was nothing you could do to stop these events once they targeted you and Renee for execution and the sorrow I feel and the tears I weep for your loss could fill the Grand Canyon, may you find peace and justice.
